About
The book of one's life is determined by the courage contained in each page.
I’ve found value in taking time to pause and reflect upon meaningful insights about life. This is where I will be sharing all that I have read, heard, experienced and reflecting upon about living a good life. And this is my way of sharing that journey.
These are things I've always wanted to talk about with my family specially my granddaughter Nyra, who I'd love to tell all of this to, but is still too small to understand any of it. So this is where I'm writing it down instead - partly for her, for whenever she's old enough to read it, and partly because putting it into words helps me make sense of it myself - not lectures, just the things you learn about money and life that you want to hand down.
By day, I build financial-analysis software and think in numbers, filings, and risk models. Here, I write about money differently — not as a spreadsheet problem, but as something tangled up with time, values, family, and how we actually want to live. Expect reflections on financial independence and what it's really for, lessons from running a small bootstrapped business, and the occasional post that has nothing to do with money at all.
No investment advice here — just honest notes, written for the people I love, some near and some who'll only meet these words later.
